Organizations and groups in Interactions application

Organizations and groups are the entities that define user visibility within the Interactions application, and determine user access to information according to their position in the hierarchy.

The hierarchical structure in the Interactions administration applications, such as Assignment Manager and Shared Inbox, merges the Organization and the Groups structure that is set up in User Management.
