Members

To be assigned to the organization/group as Member, employee must have one of these settings:

  • The Assign employee as group member of current organization setting selected in the User Management module, under Employees > Interactions.

  • Assigned as member to one of the groups.

A member must have a role that includes privileges under the Interactions category, in the My Interactions and/or My Evaluations sub-categories.

A user who is assigned as a member to a organization/group cannot access the recordings of any other user in the system. If your organization/group hierarchy contains multiple layers of organizations/groups, users can only be assigned as members to the last organization/group in a branch (leaf organization/group).

In Organization Management > Groups Settings, once you assign members to a group, no groups can be created under this group. However in Organization Management > Organization Settings, this his constraint, is not enforced and in case an organization is added under the leaf organization, or the employee has moved to a non leaf organization, a warning message appears to warn that the Employee as group member of current organization setting will be removed (cleared).

Members can be assigned to multiple leaf groups on multiple branches (see Matt White in the figure below), however, they can only be assigned to a single organization.
