Interactions and Analytics in the User Management module

If you have a Recording or Interactions and Analytics license, the Interactions tab is visible in the User Management module.

From the Interactions tab in User Management, you can:

  • Assign selected employees as Quality Monitoring members so that their information can be viewed and managed in the Interactions and Analytics system. Typically, these employees are agents that, once selected as Interactions and Analytics members, now also appear in the hierarchical organization and group structure displayed in the Interactions and Analytics applications.

  • Customize, for selected employees, the data filters and recording properties that you configured in the Organization Management module.

  • Access the Interactions and Analytics Inbox Options page from the Interactions tab to customize a selected employee inbox.
