Assign Search Any Form privileges

After enabling the Web Form Designer, assign the new Search Any Evaluation Form and Search Any Assessment Form privileges to the relevant user roles.

Before you begin 

Review the Search For Any Form assignments that you captured prior to enabling the Web Form Designer. If you had Search For Any Form assignments that were assigned directly to organizations (not inherited by sub-organizations) or groups, consult with Support. For more information, see Limitations (Web Form Designer User Guide).

Procedure 

1. In User Management, assign the Search Any Evaluation Form and Search Any Assessment Form privileges to the relevant user roles.
