Access Risk Management voiceprint models

Use the Configure section of Risk Management to work with voiceprint models.

Procedure 

1. Go to Risk Management. Under Configure, select the type of person you want to configure (Employees or Customers or Targets).

2. Select, from the list of people in the system, the person whose voiceprint model you want to access.

   The details for the person display on the page.

3. To work with the voiceprint model of a person, select Voiceprint Model.
