Access Risk Management fields configuration

To create fields used to identify customers on interactions and for customer voiceprint model retrieval during verification, use the Fields section of Risk Management, found under Configure.

Before you begin 

In Multi-tenant Software as a Service (MT SaaS) environments, the Tenant Administrator configures all fields. Service Providers cannot configure fields in Risk Management.

Procedure 

  1. Go to Risk Management. Under Configure, select Fields.
