Deleting Real-Time Speech Analytics Models

You can delete a Real-Time Speech Analytics Model if you no longer intend to use it.

If you delete a Real-Time Speech Analytics Model it is removed from the system. If you want to use the deleted Real-Time Speech Analytics Model at a later time, you must upload the model file to the system again.

You can delete an active Real-Time Speech Analytics Model. However, if you delete an active model, any Recorder Analytics Rule associated with that model is no longer active in the system and will not function.
