Download interactions metadata from search results

You can download the metadata for the interactions displayed in your search results. The metadata are downloaded as a comma-separated values (CSV) file. Download metadata for analysis in a spreadsheet or import into another program for analysis.

Before you begin

Search for interactions to find at least one interaction.

Procedure

Set the scope of the download:
- To limit the interactions included in the download (optional), use the Refine Results feature. Only interactions currently displayed are included.
- To limit the metadata included (optional), modify the columns. Only the metadata currently displayed are included.
On the right side of the page, open the workspace shortcut menu.
Select Download Interactions Metadata. Depending on your browser type and configuration, you are provided with a file to download in CSV format. The file name is dasbiodetections.csv.
Save or open the file to your file system. You can then use the file as required.
