Review a voiceprint model audio segment

Use the review feature to listen to an audio segment displayed in the Voiceprint Model area. After reviewing, you can take appropriate action, such as approving its use for the person’s model or removing it from the person’s audio segment list.

Before you begin 

1. Create a person

   .

2. Enhance or create a voiceprint model using a recorded interaction

   OR

   Import an audio segment for a voiceprint model

Procedure 

1. Access the Voiceprint Model for the person whose model you want to review.

2. In the Audio Segments list, select the audio segment you want to hear.

3. In the Player, use the audio controls to Start/Stop audio, adjust volume, add remarks, or any other features supported by the Player.
