Search fields in Risk Management

The fields available to you when searching for interactions vary. The fields shown depend on the enterprise license and the privileges assigned to you in the User Management application.

Some systems use the Caption Editor to edit default field captions. On such systems, Pop-up Notification fields, such as Employee, Customer, Target, Dialed to (DNIS), and Dialed from (ANI), display with different names.
