Upload a Real-Time Speech Analytics Model

Before you begin

The Real-Time Speech Analytics Model file that you want to upload must be available on your local hard drive or available at a network location that is accessible from the computer on which you are performing this procedure.
You must have the Enterprise Manager > Language Model Management > Edit Real-Time Speech Notifications Language Models user privilege to perform this procedure.

Procedure

Click Recording Management > Recorder Analytics Rules > Real-Time Speech Analytics Models.
Click Create.
Complete these fields:
- Description - Enter a description for the model in this field.
- Active - Select this option to make the model you are uploading an active model.
- Click Browse. Browse to and select the Real-Time Speech Analytics Model you want to upload. Click Open to upload the file to the system.
- Tenant - This field appears only in a multi-tenant enabled environment. Select a specific tenant to associate to the language model or select Shared. See the related information for more information about language models in a multi-tenant enabled environment.
Save.
