Requesting and approving interaction replay with replay approval

Replay approval is a feature used primarily in compliance recording environments. When enabled, your organization has complete control over which members of your team can replay interaction media. Use replay approval as part of an enterprise strategy for customer data protection.

For cloud deployments, Replay approval is only available in EDM Enterprise. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Executive.

For on-premises deployments, Replay approval is available to all customers. Separate licensing is not required.
