Verification and detection scores
The process of verification or detection refers to a comparison of the voice from an interaction channel with a voiceprint model created during enrollment. A numeric score results, which quantifies the comparison.
Score as a confidence level of voiceprint model match accuracy
You can use the score to gauge how closely the vocal characteristics of the person speaking match a voiceprint model. The closer the voice matches the model, the higher is the score.
Frequency can accompany the confidence level
Each confidence level displayed in Risk Management can also include the number of times verification or detection occurred. If provided, the number appears in parentheses next to the confidence level.
If no confidence level displays
If verification or detection does not occur, a confidence level is not displayed. One of the following is true:
-
The CTI metadata required to retrieve a voiceprint model were not available
-
The person is not enrolled in the voice biometrics system
