View the uploaded Real-Time Speech Analytics Models

You can view the models that are currently uploaded to the system for the Real-Time Speech Analytics feature.

Before you begin 

You must have the Enterprise Manager > Language Model Management > View Real-Time Speech Notifications Language Models user privilege to perform this procedure.

Procedure 

  1. Click Recording Management > Recorder Analytics Rules > Real-Time Speech Analytics Models.

  2. If necessary, in the Description column, click the small arrow to the immediate left of models to expand the list of available Real-Time Speech Analytics Models. The expanded list shows all models currently uploaded to the system.
