Queued

The system has queued the interaction for enrollment. The interaction has passed all pre-enrollment checks, but a user with the role privilege of Approve/Unapprove Interactions for Enrollment must manually approve the interaction before the interaction audio is added to a voiceprint model.

The system can return this result if you use automatic enrollment and you have selected the Requires Manual Approval option in the Voice Enrollment Engine configuration settings.

Fully Trained

The system did not attempt to update a voiceprint model for a user because that user’s voiceprint model is already fully-trained.

Enhanced Failed

The system attempted to use the audio from an interaction to enhance (or update) an existing voiceprint model but the enhancement failed. Enhancement may fail for reasons such as insufficient audio on the interaction or a low signal-to-noise ratio on the interaction.

Enhanced

The system used the audio from an interaction to enhance (or update) an existing voiceprint model with additional audio data.

Training Failed

The system attempted to use the audio from an interaction to create a new voiceprint model but failed to create it.

Training may fail for reasons such as insufficient audio on the interaction or a low signal-to-noise ratio on the interaction.

Trained

The system used the audio from an interaction to create a new voiceprint model and to begin training it.
