By default, does not have access to Export Interactions Media, Evaluation, eLearning, Performance Management, or Forecasting and Scheduling.

  • Risk Manager: Functions as the enterprise compliance or security officer, combines similar privileges for supervisory interaction tasks, including the ability to access Risk Management, search for interactions, and replay interactions. By default, does not have access to Export Interactions Media, Evaluation, eLearning, Performance Management, or Forecasting and Scheduling.

  • Administrator: Combines typical privileges from all Framework and Interactions and Analytics applications and for the Administrator role from Recorder applications. By default, does not have access to Export Interactions Media.
