Select from the following interval types:

• Days

• Weeks

• Months

• Years

Locate interactions by a specific type of organizational entity. Use Employees, Customers, Targets, or a Watch List.

Default value: Employees

When searching by employee, use the drop-down list to locate organizational entities by employee, organization, or group.

• Find employees by Name.

• Find employees by Organization.

• Find in the Employee Tree.

• Find by Group.

• : Filter the employee list.

  • Select an existing employee filter from the drop-down list.

  • Use the create filter icon to establish a new employee filter.

  • Available only when searching for employees by Name or in the Employee Tree.

• : Search the employee list.

  • Enter any sequence of alphanumeric or special characters in the search field. The list updates as you enter the search argument.

  • Minimum characters: 0, Maximum characters: Unlimited

• Use the list options icon to perform the following actions on the list. The options available vary, depending on which type of entity you have selected.

  • Collapse All

  • Select All

  • Select None

  • Refresh

  • Sort by First Name (Employees only)

  • Sort by Last Name (Employees only)

  • Show Inactive (Groups only)

When searching by customer, use the drop-down list to select a specific customer you want included in your search.

When searching by target, use the drop-down list to select a specific target you want included in your search.

When searching by watch list, use the drop-down list to select specific watch lists you want included in your search.

Start your search.

Reset all search parameters to default values.

Access the dialog box to start an advanced search.
