Copy or move interactions to a different case

You can copy or move interactions between casees.

  • If you move or copy interactions into a case under legal hold, the interactions cannot be deleted from the system. Manual deletion and automated deletion of interactions is not possible.

  • If you move interactions out of a legal hold case to a case that is not under legal hold, the retention period defined for the case applies to its interactions .

  • If you do not have the role privilege to Remove Interactions from Legal Hold Cases, you cannot move interactions out of a legal hold case.
