Peers Chart

The Peers Chart in KPI View displays peer performance data.

Managers access the KPI View workspace from Explore Performance. Employees access the My Performance: KPI View workspace from My Performance.

The employees shown in the Peer Chart are the employees that match the definition of the Peer Benchmarking group as defined for the KPI. Only Employees in organizations with the Enable Peer Drilldown privilege appear in this chart.

Element	Description
Graph Lines and Bars	Point to the graph line and a bar to view specific data for the employee or organization, including Actual Value, Peer Value, Goal, and Score Description. If you have the necessary privileges and the KPI is configured to show Employee Name, you can click a bar to drill down to the KPI View for the employee or organization and the selected KPI.
High Performers / Low Performers	Select High Performers to view the highest ranking employee or organization at the top of the list. Select Low Performers to view the lowest ranking employee or organization at the top of the list.
