Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)

Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) is an XML-based data format for exchanging user authentication between the customer identity provider (IdP) and WFO as the Service Provider (SP), or Relying Party (RP). SAML uses SAML assertion to pass information about a user between the IdP and WFO.

The system supports SAML2.0 protocol specifications.
