CipherTrust Manager Upgrade from 2.13.1 to 2.19.0

Upgrading CipherTrust Manager from version 2.13.1 to 2.19.0 requires a sequential path: first from 2.13.1 to 2.16.1, and then from 2.16.1 to 2.19.0. Two upgrade methods are available: Online In-Place and Cluster Remove / Rebuild. For major versions upgrades, the Cluster Remove / Rebuild method is used, as it involves removing each node from the cluster, upgrading each node to 2.19.0, and then rejoining both nodes to the cluster. When used in a high-availability deployment, this method ensures zero downtime, as either the primary or secondary node remains active throughout the process.
