Supported operating systems

The supported operating systems for Desktop Applications installed on the end user machine include:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2022 (with Desktop Experience) Standard and Datacenter editions
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2019 (with Desktop Experience) Standard and Datacenter editions
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2016 (with Desktop Experience) Standard and Datacenter editions
  • Microsoft Windows 11 Pro and Enterprise 32-bit and 64-bit
  • Microsoft Windows 10 Pro and Enterprise 32-bit and 64-bit
  • macOS X 12 Yosemite and later is supported only for browsing with Chrome or Safari.
  • Chrome OS 87 and later is supported only for browsing with Chrome.

The Phonetics Boosting Desktop application supports only the 64-bit operating system.

For a localized OS, install the English Language Pack and set English language as the default.

  • For the Face-to-Face Voice Interaction Recorder, the supported operating systems are Microsoft Windows 7, 10 and 11 Enterprise/Professional/Ultimate 32-bit and 64-bit, Service Pack 1.

  • Microsoft Windows 11 on Arm version 24H2 or higher supports DPA and DMS Clients.

  • For Coaching Bot, the supported operating systems are Microsoft Windows 10 and macOS up to Sonoma 14.4.1.
