Create an Application data source for post-call audio recording

For Post-call Audio Recording, create an Application data source. Associate the data source with Interaction Capture.

Procedure 

  1. In Enterprise Manager, click Recording Management.

  2. Under Data Sources, click Settings.

  3. Click Create Data Source.

  4. Select Application as the Type, and Amazon Connect as the Switch Sub/Type, then click Select.

  5. Under Associated Interaction Capture Installations, select an Interaction Capture role.

  6. Under Associated Integration Service Installations, select a Recorder Integration Service Role.

  7. Complete the remaining settings.

  8. Click Save.
