Get connection information

Collect the information required to establish a secure connection between Verint and Amazon Connect.

Verint Recorders in the cloud

For Recorders in the Verint Cloud, get the AWS connection information, which you need to create an AssumeRole policy.

Procedure

1. Contact the customer's cloud system admin.

2. Get the instance ID and ARN of their Amazon Connect contact center.

3. After you create the AssumeRole policy, give the customer the AWS ID and ARN of the Verint cloud, so they can create the required IAM policies.

Verint Recorders on-premises

For Verint Recorders deployed on-premises, you don't need the customer's ARN. Instead, get the administrator-level user name and password of the customer's Amazon Connect instance. You need these credentials to set up the Amazon Connect data source.
