Create a data source to capture screen activity

Create a LAN data source for screen recording.

Procedure 

  1. In Enterprise Manager, click Recording Management.

  2. Under Data Sources, click Settings.

  3. Click Create Data Source.

  4. Select LAN (Screen) as the Type, then click Select.

  5. Under Associated Integration Service Installations, select a Recorder Integration Service Role to stitch audio and screen together in the case of Post-call Audio Recording.

  6. Complete the remaining settings.

  7. Click Save.
