Configure Verint for agent screen capture

Follow this workflow to configure the Verint Recorder to capture an agent's screen activity during a customer engagement. Screen interactions are always captured with real-time call audio.

Configuring Amazon Connect

Workflow 

  1. Configure Verint for real-time audio recording

    Follow this workflow to configure Verint to record real-time audio calls from an Amazon Connect contact center.

  2. Create a data source to capture screen activity

    Create a LAN data source for screen recording.

  3. Playback interactions

    When configuration is complete, you can capture and view audio, chats, and screens.
