Start call recovery manually if automatic recovery is disabled, your system or network recently experienced downtime, or you suspect calls are missing.

Procedure 

    1. Select System Management, under Enterprise, select Settings.

    2. In the Installations pane, select your IP Recorder, click Launch to open Recorder Manager.

    3. Select General Setup, under Integration Adapters, select Settings.

    4. Select the Amazon Connect Adapter, click the Recover Calls button.

    5. Specify a start time and end time, click Recover.
