Verify call recovery status

From the Capture Status page, you can see when call recovery was run, how many calls were missed and recovered, and if the process completed successfully or not.

What you should know

  • The Recovery section shows the last 10 attempts.

  • The results are cleared when the Recorder Interaction Capture service restarts.

Procedure 

    1. Select System Management, under Enterprise, select Settings.

    2. In the Installations pane, select your Recorder, click Launch to open Recorder Manager.

    3. On the Status menu, under Capture Status, click Interaction Capture Status.
