Configure Communication Manager for VoIP Delivery/DMS
The following sections apply only to VoIP Delivery/DMS deployments.
For each Integration Service, create a SIP trunk using the following procedure.

Log into UCM using a web browser (using a URL of the format
https://<UCMServerName>:8443/<ccmadmin>).

Navigate to Device > Trunk > Add New.

Go to Trunk Type, select SIP Trunk, and then click Next.

Type a name for the SIP trunk.

Under Device Pool, select default.

In the Destination Address field, type the IP address or hostname of the Integration Service running the SIP Proxy Adapter.

Make sure the Destination Port matches the SIP Listen Port of the SIP Proxy Adapter settings.

For SIP Trunk Security Profile, select Non-secure.

For SIP Profile, select Standard Profile.

Click Save.
Create Route Groups and Route Lists
For Fault Tolerant DMS setups
If you do not require a fault-tolerant setup, skip ahead to Create a Route Pattern.

Navigate to Call Routing > Route/Hunt > Route Group > Add New.

Type a name for the Route Group.

Select Top Down for the distribution algorithm.

Add the SIP trunks associated with this Recording Profile to the Route Group.

Ensure the list of Route Group Members is in the correct order.

Click Save.

Navigate to Call Routing > Route/Hunt > Route List > Add New.

Type a name for the Route List.
-
Select the correct Call Manager Group.

Click Save.
-
Click Add Route Group.
-
Select the Route Group created in the previous procedure.

Click Save.

Navigate to Call Routing > Route/Hunt > Route Pattern > Add New.

Type the extension you want for your SIP trunk.

For Gateway/Route List, select the SIP trunk (for non-fault tolerant setups) or Route List (for fault tolerant setups) configured in the previous steps.

Click Save. In some versions, a dialog box may appear, indicating that the Authorization code will not be activated. if this message appears, click OK and save, leaving the Require Force Authorization Code unchecked.

Navigate to Device > Device Settings > Recording Profile > Add New.

Type a name for your recording profile.

Set the Recording Calling Search Space (RCSS) field. This field typically does not need to be set (that is, it can be left as < None >, the default). If the customer is using Calling Search Spaces then the RCSS may need to be to specified. Consult a Cisco Administrator to determine how calls are routed between the phones being recorded and the recording system’s DN.

In the Recording Destination Address field, type the route pattern number of the SIP trunk (this same one must be configured earlier when creating a route pattern).

Click Save.
Configure Phone Settings and Line Appearance Settings
Complete the following steps for each phone/device profile and line that will be recorded with DMS.

Log into UCM using a web browser (using a URL of the format
https://<UCMServerName>:8443/<ccmadmin>).

To configure phones for DMS recording, click Device > Phone > Find. To configure a Device Profile (used for Extension Mobility) click Device > Device Settings > Device Profile > Find.

Select the extension from the list by clicking on the device name.

For Built In Bridge, select On.

For Privacy, select Off.

Click Save.

Click on the line appearance (upper left-hand part of screen) to display the line appearance page.

Under Recording Option, select Automatic Call Recording Enabled for bulk 100% recording, or Application Invoked Recording Enabled for selective recording.

For Recording Profile, select your previously created recording profile.

Click Save.

Reset phone by clicking the Reset button, then Reset.
Repeat steps 2 through 11 for each phone you need to configure for Delivery recording.
