Communication between Verint Recorders and Cisco Webex Calling occurs using the following RESTful APIs from Cisco Webex Calling API.

Converged Recordings API

• List Recordings for Compliance Officer

• Get Recording Details

• Get Recording metadata

API used for screen capture

• Xtended Services Interface (XSI)

  The Cisco Webex Calling CTI Adapter uses the Verint RIS CTI Proxy API service to send HTTPS requests over standard port 443 to the Cisco Webex CX API to:

• Register fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of RIS server

• Subscribe to real-time events from the Cisco Webex Calling.
