Create the Cisco Webex Meeting Audio Capture Adapter

The Cisco Webex Meetings Polling Adapter connects the Interaction Capture Service to the Cisco Webex Meetings Center. When connected, the Verint Recorder gets and ingests audio of completed interactions.

The Service Provider is responsible for this task.

Before you begin 

Create capture profiles for Cisco Webex Meetings

Procedure 

1. In Recorder Manager, go to General Setup. Under Integration Service, click Settings.

2. Click Create, then select Cisco Webex Meetings Polling Adapter.

3. Complete the required parameters.

4. Click Save.
