Define the default survey language

The Default Language serves as both the primary language and the fallback language when a custom language fails for any reason. The Default Language is pre-loaded during the installation of Customer Feedback, but it must be defined.

Procedure

Click System Management > Customer Feedback > Survey Languages.
Select the Default Language, and click Edit.
In Language list, click a language.
In Language Code box, change the code if necessary.
Click Save.

What to do next

You can replace the blank sound files that were pre-loaded during installation with valid sound files.
