Disables the automatic execution of the adapter. Only a manual execution will transfer data from Customer Feedback to the current version of Quality Monitoring. See the Workforce Optimization System Administration Guide to learn how to manually launch an adapter.

NOTE: This is the default value.

Configures the adapter to run on a day-based schedule using the following parameters:

• Active: When selected, the timer is active. When cleared, the timer is inactive.

• Start Time: Beginning time of day when the adapter starts running.

• End Time: Ending time of day when the adapter stops running.

• Interval: Determines the frequency in minutes between each time the adapter runs.

• Occurs Once: When selected, the adapter runs only once per day.

Configures the adapter to run using a week-based schedule according to the following parameters:

• Active: When selected, the timer is active for the indicated day of the week. When cleared, the timer is inactive for the indicated day of the week.

• Day of Week: Identifies the day of the week for which you are configuring timer options.

• Start Time: Beginning time of day when the adapter starts running.

• End Time: Ending time of day when the adapter stops running.

• Interval: Determines the frequency in minutes between each time the adapter runs.

• Occurs Once: When selected, the adapter runs only once per indicated day.

Configures the adapter to run on a month-based schedule using the following parameters:

• Active: When selected, the timer is active for the indicated day of the month. When cleared, the timer is inactive for the indicated day of the month.

• Day of Month: Identifies the day of the month for which you are configuring timer options.

• Start Time: Beginning time of day when the adapter starts running.

• End Time: Ending time of day when the adapter stops running.
