Configure the Customer Feedback to Quality Monitoring Adapter

Configure this adapter to define the optional configuration parameters and the timer parameters.

Before you begin 

Add the Customer Feedback to Quality Monitoring Package

Procedure 

  1. From the Integration Management > Integration Server > Integration Servers page, in the left pane, go to Integration Server > Customer Feedback - Export Survey Result to QM Adapter.

  2. Optional. Under Configuration Parameters, complete any of the following:

    1. Export to ECD Configuration

    2. Export Web Survey Responses

  3. Click Save.

  4. In the left pane, go to Integration Server > Customer Feedback - Export Survey Result to QM Adapter > Timer.

  5. Complete the timer configuration.

  6. Click Save.
