Export surveys from Customer Feedback

For each survey that you want translated into a Quality Monitoring (current version) evaluation form, you first export the completed survey from the Customer Feedback system.

The linkage between the survey and the evaluation form is the name.

When you export a survey, the Customer Feedback system uses the survey name as the linkage between the survey and the evaluation form. You must not change the name of the survey after exporting it. If you change the name in Customer Feedback, you will sever the link between the survey and the Quality Monitoring evaluation form.
