Top Box Trend report
Use Top Box Trend report to generate a line chart that illustrates top-tier performance (highest customer rating) for all business objectives, a specific business objective, or a specific question over a period of time.
You select the time frame to trend the top box performance. Top box performance focuses on the top scores received, rather than aggregate scores. Use of top box performance provides you with a measure that is more responsive to cases where an organization is not executing at the highest level.
Top box performance is reported as a percentage or ratio, which is calculated as:
(Number of responses with highest score) / (Total number of responses)
No goals are associated with the top box rating. The highest score is identified as the highest possible score-based response a customer has the opportunity to select. Option-based questions are not reflected in top box reports.
In addition to performance values reported as a percentage, you will also see an indicator of the volume of data collected. The volume of data suggests the significance of the percentages reported.
Report output
The Top Box Trend report contains the following data relative to the selected report parameters:

Provides a percentage scale to plot the top box rating for the corresponding period on the X-axis. |

Line Points |
Line points representing the top box performance will be plotted for the specific time period requested when you ran the report. Use the line chart to see the trend of the top box performance over time. |
Drill through report options
When your role has the privilege to view data about other employees and organizations, you can drill through the plotted points to other reports and see additional information.
