Employees
Description
The person that participated in an interaction. Each employee is assigned to an organization and one or more groups.
The employees, groups, and organizations displayed depend on your scope and privileges assigned to you in the User Management application.
In searches, the system behaves as follows:

Searching for interactions:

Selecting groups/organization(s) and employees: the results include interactions associated with the selected employees, if the employees are assigned to the selected groups/organization(s) or their subgroups/sub-organizations.

Selecting groups/organization(s) only: the results include interactions associated with all employees assigned to the selected groups/organization(s) or their subgroups/sub-organizations. It can include interactions associated with inactive employees.

Selecting employees only: the results include interactions associated with the selected employees.

Searching for evaluations (all evaluations are associated with an employee and a specific group/organization):

Selecting groups/organization(s) and employees: the results include evaluations associated with the selected groups/organization(s) or their subgroups/sub-organizations, that were performed on the selected employees.

Selecting groups/organization(s) only: the results include evaluations associated with the groups/organization(s) or their subgroups/sub-organizations. It can include evaluations performed on inactive employees, or employees that are no longer assigned to the selected group/organization.

Selecting employees only: the results include evaluations performed on the selected employees.

Searching for assessments (you cannot search for assessments according to a group/organization):

Selecting employees: the results include assessments performed on interactions related to the selected employees.

Field information
This option is available for leaders only, it is not available for employees.
In additions, you must have the View Employees, View Group, and View Organization Privileges to be able to view data.
Select one or more of the following:

to select employees according to which you want to search, where the employees are displayed in alphabetical order (up to 2500 employees are displayed) -
to select employees according to which you want to search, where the employees are displayed according to their organization -
to select employees according to which you want to search, where the employees are displayed according to their group -
to select the organizations according to which you want to search (not available for assessment searches) -
to select the groups according to which you want to search (not available for assessment searches)
If required, use the Shift and Control keys to select more than one value. In advanced search only, click
to select the required values.
Use the Search field to locate the relevant value by typing all or part of the value.
To filter employees, in the employee lists (Employees and Employee Tree Display), select an available filter. To create your own filter, click

Wildcard usage

Indexed
It is an indexed field, meaning that performing a search based on this field improves the search performance.
Note
The indexed search improvements are unavailable when multiple groups/employees/organizations are selected. In this case, add extra criteria to the search.
