Field Details
Configuration of CTI attribute fields is required for customer enrollment and verification. The information you configure is matched against CTI attributes for incoming interactions.

For customers, the CTI attributes are used to identify the customer.

For employees, any CTI attributes configured provide more employee-related information (if needed).

Display Label |

Name |
Name for the field as used by the suite for the attribute. Required. Enter any sequence of alphanumeric characters, including spaces and underscores. Default value: Blank |
Person Type |
Determines the type of person (customer, target, or both) to which the field and its value applies. Required. For example, a DNIS with Customer selected can only be used when configuring customers in Risk Management. Default value: All cleared |
