Add Employees to the Five9 data sources

To capture employee interactions, add the employees to your system and associate them with the Application data sources. Employees must be configured in order to capture their audio (unless you enable the "Capture unknown Agents" option in the adapter).

Before you begin 

Create a Member Group for Five9 data source

Procedure 

  1. Click Capturing Management.

  2. Under Data Sources, click Employees.

  3. Select the Application data source that you created previously for Five9 VoiceStream.

  4. Click Add Employee Mapping.

  5. Select an employee, and then click Add.

  6. Enter the Employee ID. This ID should be the agent username from Five9 VoiceStream.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Repeat for each employee.
