Create a Member Group for Five9 data source

Define recording characteristics such as the recorder control type and fallback type in a Gateway Correlation Pool Member Group.

Before you begin 

Create a Five9 VoiceStream data source

Procedure 

1. Go to Recording Management.

2. Under Data Sources, click Settings.

3. Select the Five9 Voice Stream Application data source you created previously, and then click Member Groups.

4. Click Create.

5. Click Gateway Side Correlation Pool.

6. Set the Recorder Load Balancing Type to None.

7. Use the default for the remaining settings.

8. Click Save.
