Verify digital interaction recovery status for Genesys Cloud CX

From the Capture Status page, you can see when digital interaction recovery was run, how many conversations were missed and recovered, and if the process completed successfully or not.

What you should know

  • The Recovery section shows more than 10 attempts.

  • The results are cleared by itself after a fixed duration of 24 hours.

Procedure 

    1. Select System Management, under Enterprise, select Settings.

    2. In the Installations pane, select your Recorder, click Launch to open Recorder Manager.

    3. On the Status menu, under Capture Status, click Interaction Capture Status.
