Requirements for text capture from Genesys Cloud CX

The prerequisites for this integration are the same as for a standard recording solution. In addition, the customer must have the following external platforms deployed and receiving messages:

  • One or more messaging platforms

  • Genesys Hub with channels and services enabled

  • Genesys Cloud CX contact center

Site preparation

You need the following information to configure Verint:

  • For the agents that you want to capture, get the email address they use to sign in to the Genesys Cloud CX portal.

  • Get the OAuth client ID and client secret from the app registered in the customer's instance of Genesys Cloud CX.
