Create a Genesys Cloud CX OAuth client

To authorize the Verint Adapter to access information in Genesys Cloud CX, add an authorized OAuth application client.

Before you begin 

Install and configure Genesys Cloud CX, following Genesys documentation.

Procedure 

1. Assign the appropriate permissions to the OAuth client roles to access the Genesys Cloud CX API, referring to the following table.
