Configure digital interaction recovery to run automatically.

What you should know

Automatic digital interaction recovery runs daily at midnight on the active (main) Recorder.

Procedure 

1. Enable digital interaction recovery to run automatically on your Zoom Meetings Adapter.

   1. Select System Management, under Enterprise, select Settings.

   2. In the Installations pane, select your Recorder, click Launch to open Recorder Manager.

   3. Select General Setup, under Integration Adapters, select Settings.

   4. Confirm that Genesys Cloud Adapter is Started.

   5. Select Genesys Cloud Adapter.

   6. Select Enable Auto Reconciliation.

   7. Save your changes.

      

   8. Restart the adapter.

2. Repeat this procedure on the standby Recorder.
