Use case 6: Populating custom data through ingestion

Interactions can be tagged with DataEvents which can have attributes. These attributes can be used to populate custom data through ingestion. For the following ingestion, we created a custom attribute called account_number in Recording Management / Custom Data / Attributes. Then in Custom Data Mapping, we mapped account_number to Custom Data 1.

As a result of this ingestion, the following INUM metadata should appear in the call buffer. The data is then picked up and copied to custom data associated with the attribute.
