Configure roles for Audio in Microsoft Teams using SIPREC

Enable server roles to support Recording functionality and allow the Recorder Integration Service to manage signaling services.

The roles do not necessarily need to be on the same server.

Procedure

In Enterprise Manager, go to System Management.
Under Enterprise, click Settings.
Under Installations, select the Recorder node, then click Server Roles
For the RIS node, enable the following role:
- Recorder Integration Service
For the IP Recorder node, enable the following roles:
- IP Recorder
- Content Server
- Streaming Service
For the RAPS node, enable the following role:
- Recorder Adapter Proxy Service
Associate the Recorder Integration Service to the Recorder Adapter Proxy Service.
Repeat this procedure for the secondary Recorder node.
Click Save.
