Microsoft Teams Chat data flow

Discover the components of a Verint capture solution for Microsoft Teams chat, and learn how chat data flows from the Microsoft Teams server to the Verint Recorder.

1. Text messages are sent on the Microsoft Teams Server on Azure. Data in chats, groups, and channels are sent.

2. Interaction Capture

   monitors text communications from the Microsoft Teams server.

3. Events and chat messages are taken from the text-based conversations and turned into sessions/contacts.

   The Microsoft Teams Adapter defines the connection between the Microsoft Teams installation and Interaction Capture.

4. The sessions/contacts are sent to the Ingestion Web Service.
