Configure roles for Audio, Video, and VbSS

Enable server roles to support Recording functionality and allow the Recorder Integration Service to manage signaling services.

The roles do not necessarily need to be on the same server.

Procedure 

  1. In Enterprise Manager, go to System Management.

  2. Under Enterprise, click Settings.

  3. Under Installations, select the Recorder node, then click Server Roles

  4. Enable the following roles:

    • IP Recorder

    • IP Recorder Video

    • Recorder Integration Service

    • Recorder Adapter Proxy Service

  5. Click Save.
