Associate an annotation to a form

To understand why a form was handled a certain way, you can associate a moment in the interaction with one or more form components.

Before you begin 

In the User Management application, verify that you have the privilege to evaluate and view annotations (public, private or both).

Procedure 

  1. From the form fill-out area, point to a section, category, or question to which you want to associate an annotation and click expand .

  2. Click Select.

  3. Select the annotations to associate.

  4. Click Save.
