Remove an annotation from a form

You can remove an associated annotation from a form.

Before you begin 

Verify that you have the privilege to edit your evaluations/assessments, or edit the evaluations/assessments of other users that belong to your groups.

Procedure 

1. From the form fill-out area, locate the section, category, or question from which you want to remove an annotation.

   If the annotation is not displayed for the component, point to the component and click .

2. Click .

3. Clear the annotations you want to remove.

4. Click Save.
